Just a quick post as for me I guinelly believe that I have a great mix of gym music on my Ipod. I had to recently start up new and I am adding more on soon when I have the time but for now I have:
-Foo Fighter's Greatest Hits.
- Limp Bizit Greatest Hits.
- A Day To Remember - Common Courtesy
- A Day To Remember - All I want (single)
- A Day To Remember - Since you've Been Gone (single)
- Linkin' Park (just a miz of songs really)
- Paramore - Aint it fun (single)
- Hayley Williams and Zedd - Stay the Night (Single)
- Living Colour - Cult of Personality (single)
- System of a down - chop suey (single)
- the stranglers - relentless (single)
- Mcfly - love is on the radio
For me, having music like ADTR all I want and the Foo's to listen to at the gym gives me energy, as if its an energetic song I try to workout with the song! I guess this could work for any music type really, like dance music for example. And then for cool down I have Mcfly to listen to :)
I think that having the right music to listen to that suits you can make alot of difference in the gym. And I also blocks out that I dont have to listen to myself breathing heavy haha
Whats your gym music?

Karl Pilkington The Moaning Of Life Book
Finally finished this book and here is my review.
Well, first of all this maybe biased as I love Karl, I think he is a geinus. Perhaps not academically but with words and his thoughts!
I have read probably all of his books, even the ones before An Idiot Abroad, and I love everyone! I have read some of them many times. He is mainly a travel writter if you havnt guessed already.
But what I loved about this book/series is that it's just Karl, no Ricky telling him to do stupid shit. Also this is so much more culture based. We get to learn how differerntly parts of the world deal with BIG life events and I was particaly amazed at the "death" episode.
Referring only to the book, you get to learn more things Karl got up to that they didnt show in the series and you get to know his exact thoughts and feelings, which as you would guess are funny, witty and strangley knowiable.
My faviourite thing about Karl is how some of the things he says, we are all thinking it!
Even if we dont want to admit it or even reliase we are. He is the VOICE!
I hope we get to experience more by Karl, but I just dont know what other things they could film or he could write about.
That's all really. I would give it 5/5 but I guess that's just cos I love it :)
If you have also read this book, tell me your thoughts and have a chance to read his older stuff :)
I want this T Shirt. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=karl+pilkington+t+shirt&rls=com.microsoft:en-gb:IE-Address&biw=1280&bih=909&tbm=isch&imgil=00YjlG7HfIHjlM%253A%253Bhttps%253A%252F%252Fencrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com%252Fimages%253Fq%253Dtbn%253AANd9GcS7W2iLHAAeG98tTgCMzSrwUUxfCqXxidT1qnFwrUxYViZzQndS%253B1000%253B1000%253Beue3SES2uk4yVM%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.fashionvictim.bigcartel.com%25252Fproduct%25252Fkarl-pilkington-t-shirt&source=iu&usg=__yol_bY1k3L0EtN7U0omNZ5txSyY%3D&sa=X&ei=IxYwU97bMomf7AbN1oDABg&ved=0CDIQ9QEwAQ

Fitness update!
Hey there lovely people.
Just a quick update, two mondays ago I signed up to the local ladies gym, and since I have been 9 times (and I shall be going later) I think it's becoming an addiction but the good kind. I havn't really come up with a plan yet, but I will for next week. I used this week as just trying to get back into it and getting used the equipment etc.
Before I started, I knew how much I weighed, and I will be honest I am not proud but I weigh (ed) 11 st 8lbs. Even though I am about 5ft 8 (ish) it does mean that my BMI is normal which is great. I will be honest with you, before this started I wasn't that bothered about the weight loss, it was more about toning and getting muscle and hopefully strength. But before I joined this gym, I went for my free week at the local "Curves" another I don't want to say "gym" so lets say place of workout.
So my first and only visit to this place, I was shocked, as it was tiny, with only about 12 stations, no treadmills, no weights, just these stations that work by, Resistance? Not sure if that's the right word, as I have a feeling I have just made that up haha. So started by filling in my personal details and all that, then you get weighed, measure your height and then your "body fat" %. I am sure I have seen these things on TV and its a big egg shape dome you sit in, whereas this one was just a little hand held thing which I think works by measuring the water content or something like that, my friend told me and now I kinda forget. Anyway so you put in your height weight and age, and I found out I had a 42 % body fat! Which I was offended, I was like almost half of me is fat!
What insulted me the most, was I was watching a weight loss programme (with obese families) and this one woman, who was alot smaller in height than me, but was also at least 10st over weight! I cant remember the exact amount. But her body fat was 46%, only 4% more than me! How? I'm not 10st over weight, my BMI is normal and I don't have a massive arse and belly hanging out everywhere! So I can only presume the woman who gave me my % was lying or done it wrong!
Anyway, I have also been doing these AB and SQUAT challenges, where basically you so so many squats, sit up, crunches, leg raises and planks each day, increasing each time. So I have these going and the gym! I am feeling good! But although its probably too soon to say, but I would recommend that people at least give these challenges ago! Its crazy how many more sit ups I can do now than when I started. If you would like to look at mine then check out my instragram or twitter, details should be at the side some where on here. If not just google it I am sure there are loads of them!
I think that's all for now, I will try soon to give you another update and tell you if I have lost anything :) Hope so I want high waisted shorts to wear for WWE in May!
Stay golden and beautiful :)

Pure WWE rant!
I have been looking forward to this rant for quite a while now. For those who don't watch WWE, don't worry I will kinda explain what's happening. I hope those that do watch it will have similar feelings towards these "issues" as I do, but please feel free to comment with your opinions :) I can only apologise for the structure of this blog, as I am sure it would be all over the place, but I have that much to say I just want to get it out as I remember it all :)
Here we go, so possibly my favourite wrestler has not been on WWE since the Royal Rumble (end of Jan) and that guy is CM Punk. Now there is no real reason as to why he has left, as he hasn't used his twitter since apart from on the 27th of Jan
"Thanks for all the support. Keep being you guys. It's pretty cool."
Only Punk knows the REAL reason. There are rumours that it about this match at Wrestlemania which was meant to be between Punk and HHH, apparently he didn't want to be in that match. Which I will be honest I don't get why he didn't want to be in this match, the only thing I can think of is that his motto is "The Best In The World" and I know he is the best in the world, he knows this, the WWE know this and I know I would be pissed for not having the main event match at Wrestlemaina 30.
Which bring me onto my next rant. WWE as we all know is more Corrie (or some American soap opera) everything is staged, and although they are all wrestlers they are very good actors and follow the script. I am certain they are all wrestlers first and actors second. Which brings me the point I dislike about the WWE. They say there all about the entertainment and always considering whats "best for business" but it is SOOOOOO PREDICTABLE!
Everyone in the WWE Universe knows exactly what is going to happen at EVERY PPV (PPV means pay per view, and these are the big events they have every month which you have to pay extra, on top of your sky bill, to watch). In fact I can guarantee to the Mr. McMahon that everyone knew Batista or Bootista was going to win the Royal Rumble. For those who don't know Batista left WWE a while back as he didn't like the direction it was heading. Then 2 weeks before the Royal Rumble he magically returns to WWE, and surprised us all by winning the Royal Rumble. For those fans, think back to last year when the Rock returned. He came back and was handed a title match against CM Punk. Why? He is only a part-timer, he only returned because he didn't have movies to film at the time. I must say that I do like Rock the actor in films and not on WWE. Guess what happened during that match? The Rock won and took away CM Punk's title but also his chance of making it 435 days as the champ! So the Rock had this title for a bit, then at Wrestlemania 29, John Cena won the championship off him and The Rock was never seen again until Pain & Gain.
I just don't understand the concept of giving old part timers the chance of a championship, when those such as Daniel Bryan, who has been there for many years, works hard each and every day for the company isn't considered for the title.
Which brings me on the rant over Daniel Bryan. As I have just mentioned, he is hard working wrestler for the company. He is defiantly a fan favourite. So why when the first chance he gets at the getting the title and must I say wins the title, then less than 5 mins later the "company" decides Randy Orton should use his money in the bank briefcase, get HHH (the ref from the previous match) to beat up Bryan, so Orton can pin him and win his championship. Bless him, works hard all his life, and finally gets the gold for about 3 mins and then it's taking away from him. I don't personally know exactly how these wrestlers feel about the choices made by WWE, but I am sure deep down Bryan was gutted when he seen that in the script.
Before this happened, HHH was all like "Bryan is not the face of the WWE", calling him an ugly goat face. So what, just because yeah Orton might be a good looking guy, but Bryan is an A* player, with so much passion put into all of his matches, and lets not forget us! The WWE universe, we all want Bryan to win, he is best (apart from Punk) and is what is best for business, so why can't they get us that? I bet they think that cos he isn't champ that we will keep watching to see if he ever becomes the champ. Perhaps that is the "business reason". Don't be a prick on judge on appearance.
But I don't know how you guys all feel but I am sick to death of someone interfering with Bryan's championship matches, why can't they just have 1 fair match. Just a quick note. It's not just Bryan's matches, its been Cena's, Punk's and well pretty much them all.
Another thing about the WWE that is really winding me up is AJ LEE. Fair play to her she is the champ and has been for a while now. But I suppose you would be giving the fact that WWE decide not to give anyone else the chance of a title match. They always say to Orton, "you are the champ so you must always prove it, have a match all the time and win those matches." So why does this not apply to AJ LEE and the divas champ? Is it because she is a girl and they think that it's wrong for her to fight all the time? News flash, that is what being a wrestler is all about! Seriously WWE sort out. She hasn't been on RAW in ages, I guess it's because of what is happening with Punk (as they are dating in real life *sad*) but she is going to have to be on the show at some point and lose the title to one of the Bella twins.
I think that is all I can think of to rant about for now. So Vince if you are reading this, I apologise for my grammar/spelling/structure, but consider these points I made, because if you keep letting shit like this happen, all the superstars and fans will leave.
- Give AJ Lee a title match against someone! With no interference from anyone! Let someone else be the divas champ for once.
- I'm not saying just give Bryan the championship, but why not have a match between him and Orton, where nobody interferes!
- How about 1 match every PPV that isn't fixed. Get 2 wrestlers and tell them this is good old fashioned match and literally let the best person win!
- Don't just hand everything to part timers on a plate. They left the WWE for a reason. If I go back to an old job I left and I just going to be appointed the manager?NO, it doesn't happen in real life, so why in wrestling life?
- Work things out with CM Punk, he might not want to come back, and as fans we all respect that, but for business, imagine how many would tune in to see the return of Punk, even if not for his last WWE match.
- Also Vince, please by the Newcastle team, I don't like football, but that right there is a great opportunity for Wrestlemania in the UK!!!! Please!
Lots of Love

Fitness Book - MUST READ!
Oh hey there, second post in the same day, you lucky people :)
So this post is to start getting into my fitness posts, and I refer to this book a lot, so it would only make sense to post about this first.
TARGET YOUR FAT SPOTS
I am going to start by briefly explain each section of the book (at the end of each you will understand the book's 'amazing-ness')
Section 1 - describes the 'fat spots'
Bingo wings, Bra fat, love handles, stomach fat, big thighs & butt, and also moobs are what this books focuses on as the problem fat spots.
Section 2 - why
This is biological part of the book and explain the possible biological reasoning behind these fat spots. In particular it goes into detail about hormones, and how different hormones can cause these different problems. I forgot to mention that this book is for both males and females, but obviously things like moobs only apply to the males.
Section 3 - Analyse of fat
This part is like a mini examination of these spot areas, with a pinch test, visual test and questions. At the end your add up the scores, giving you a rating of the areas, therefore obviously the highest rate would be the area to work on first. The book also says to take a picture of yourself just in your undies, not breathing in, I think this is the before picture :)
Section 4 - detox
A week's detox is advised by this book before the exercising can begin, to get rid of those toxins, by drinking lots of water, green tea etc. This section if full of useful tips on what to eat and what not to eat during and after the detox, there is such much information here.
Section 5 - action
The section starts with a 'diet' plan. I really dislike that word, as it shouldn't just be a "diet" for a few week to lose weight, it should be a life-style choice, but anyway. Again with lots of tips of what to eat. Then on to the exercise. Each target area has their own little sub-section, first of all explaining what in particular can contribute to this fat spot, not just food but biological and environment. Then giving more tips on what food to eat and what to deffo avoid. Supplements, is the next section, not meal supplements just advice on what vitamins could possibly help. Finally the big one, the exercise, this gives you an exact exercise programme for that specific fat spot, telling you what exercises to do, how often you should do them, explains breathing techniques whilst doing these movements and finally how long your breaks should be in-between.
So that is a brief run down of the book. I didn't want to go into too much specific detail or give examples, as I really think you should have a read of this book yourself! I got this copy just from the library, and have just made some notes from the book, but if I had the money I would deffo buy it!
So I have mixed in these programmes within another to create my own personal one and therefore I will most likely refer to these, just to give you guys a heads up!
That's the end of my review.
I'm off to look for pancake batter! As it's PANCAKE DAY!!!! WOOOO!!! My apologises for putting this at the end of a fitness thing (hehe)
Stay Golden
Love Abbie :)

I'm off to look for pancake batter! As it's PANCAKE DAY!!!! WOOOO!!! My apologises for putting this at the end of a fitness thing (hehe)
Stay Golden

Changetime!
Hi everyone,
First of all, I want to say sorry its been forever, but I am back and it's now ChangeTime!
Okay, so I am going to change things around on here, I am now going to talk about things that I actually know about! Beauty and all that, not my thing. So now its about the fitness change I am going through, wrestling, and just general bits and bobs that I feel I have to get off my chest and say :) You may have to give me time to change the info and design and all that on here, but I promise it will happen.
So the fitness change I am currently starting is mainly to lose weight, tone up, maybe even become the Rock or Mark Walberg (hehe) but generally just so I can fit into sale clothes, and look awesome for the summer events!
In the next post I will put up my fitness plan and what I am generally eating, etc. I will also share anything amazing I find to tell you guys :)
Also I really needed somewhere that I could get all my anger about WWE, as my friends and boyf are getting really fed up of me always talking about it, and in particular my friends as they have no idea what or who I am going on about! I am trying not to get started on rant here about it but I WILL be posting up very soon, as I deffo have to comment on the lastest crap within WWE.
That's all I can think of for now to say (without ranting on), so yeah, its changetime!
Lots of love
Abbie
